Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the online store operated by Aggarwal Apparels under the trade name LUVANI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS
We currently ship to most pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen logistical issues. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you via email or SMS.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these timelines are approximate and may vary depending on your location, courier partner efficiency, and regional holidays.
SHIPPING FEES
- Orders above ₹1500: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹1500: ₹100 shipping charge
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not available
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
DELIVERY PARTNERS
We work with reputable third-party logistics providers, including Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post. Our system selects the most efficient partner based on your location to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
While we ensure timely and safe delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment tracking ID will be sent via SMS and/or email. You can use this ID to track your package on the courier partner’s website or app.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package may result in order returns. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. We will help raise an investigation with the courier partner. However, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage post successful delivery.
DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in SAS Nagar, Punjab.
